PATIENT CARE AMBASSADOR (PCA)

Responsibilities:

Being an interpreter between the doctor and the patient, and doing some administrative task.
Company's image projector, welcoming the patients and making them comfortable.
Requirements:

Must Speak, Read & Write English fluently
Customer Service mindset
Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
Adaptable to fast paced, changing working environment
Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holiday
Education D3-S1
Able to speak Mandarin & Hokkien, is a plus
Healthcare/Customer Service background (will be an advantage)
